The factory has the most complete fire pump product series in China (compliant with NFPA20/UL/FM standards), covering four core types of fire pumps, with a flow range of 50-8000GPM and a pressure range of 40-616PSI, fully meeting the fire protection needs of commercial, industrial, municipal, offshore and other scenarios. All certified products have obtained UL/FM official certification, and the non-certified products are manufactured in accordance with the same high standards, with reliable quality.
UL/FM certified NMFIRE self-owned brand diesel engines (39~1207HP),high-efficiency electric motors (UL listed),support diesel/electric dual drive options, adapt to different power supply conditions of global projects.
Strong R&D Strength, Lead the Technological Innovation of Fire Pumps
The factory has a professional R&D team with international first-class technical level, and is a member of NFPA and EFSN (the only non-European and American member). Adhering to the R&D concept of "based on international standards and adapting to global needs", the team has long-term technical communication and cooperation with UL/FM American engineers, and continuously optimizes product performance through advanced technology and equipment, ensuring the products are in the leading position in the industry.
Advanced R&D Technology:Adopt CFD computational fluid dynamics and 3D printing technology, repeatedly optimize the hydraulic model, develop enhanced hydraulic models with ultra-low BHP (the maximum BHP point is near 140% of the rated flow, lower than the industry average of 160-170%), greatly reducing the matching power and project cost of the pump set.
Top R&D & Testing Equipment:Own UL/FM witness testing laboratory with 5000kW pump testing bench, 8000m³ test pool, diesel engine testing bench, and a full set of material testing equipment (X-ray detector, three-coordinate measuring instrument, dynamic balancing tester, etc.). All products pass 1-level precision testing according to ISO9906-1999, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of performance parameters.
Standard & Patent Research:Participate in the formulation of national fire pump industry standards, have a number of independent research and development patents for hydraulic models and structural design, and the products fully comply with UL448, UL1247, FM1311, FM1333 and NFPA20 international standards.
Continuous Technical Iteration:Combined with the actual application of global fire protection projects, the R&D team continuously iterates product performance, such as optimizing the cavitation performance of pumps, improving the adaptability of diesel engines to harsh working conditions, and developing seawater anti-corrosion pump sets for offshore and island projects.
